It has been two days filled with lots of information, and I will unpack some of the major announcements in more detail in the following newsletters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For now, I&#8217;ll focus on some rapid-fire news grouped by topic:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">RxJs<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>RxJs 8 is coming out soon, and it will be 30% smaller than RxJs 7 and 60% smaller than RxJs 6!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Will have support for <code>async \/ await<\/code> syntax for Observables.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We will have some new syntactic sugar for chaining operators using a <code>rx()<\/code> function. Code such as <code>obs$.pipe(map(...), filter(...))<\/code> will be writable as <code>rx(obs$, map(...), filter(...))<\/code>. Optional, yet good to know.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">NgRx<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Support for a Signal Store is coming soon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Endbridge<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.herodevs.com\/support\/endbridge\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">ambitious project<\/a> that aims to convert Protractor tests to Cypress tests automatically is 90% feature complete, just in time for the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.protractortest.org\/#\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">end-of-life of Protractor<\/a> this summer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Other cool news<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/bard.google.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Bard<\/a>, Google&#8217;s response to ChatGPT, is built with Angular!<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/analogjs.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">Analog.js<\/a> is a meta-framework for Angular apps. It supports server-side rendering, static pages, back-end APIs, and regular Angular front-end code all in one project, all in Javascript. Similar to Next.js for React.
