I\u2019m posting a few essential articles to revisit, updates to know about, and one question to ponder &#8211; all ideas of good practices to adopt in 2025:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Three short articles to revisit:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><code>eslint<\/code> is a nice and easy way to ensure you (and your team) are following best practices and not using shortcuts or making any mistakes in your code. Learn the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.angulartraining.com\/daily-newsletter\/improve-your-code-with-eslint\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">basics of eslint here<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.angulartraining.com\/daily-newsletter\/fine-tuning-your-eslint-configuration\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">how to fine-tune your eslint config<\/a> so it fits your needs (you can disable rules you don&#8217;t like), and also how to use <a href=\"https:\/\/www.angulartraining.com\/daily-newsletter\/rxjs-eslint-plugin-for-angular\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">extra rules for RxJs<\/a> to favor the use of the <code>async<\/code> pipe, for instance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Two Angular updates:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Ng-conf has released <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/@ngconfonline\/videos\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">more videos from the 2024 event for free on YouTube<\/a>. This is another good way to improve your Angular skills during the Holiday season! We&#8217;re still waiting for a date for the 2025 event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Angular team started creating a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=bKGfhjEMgqs&amp;list=PL1w1q3fL4pmhysSRMUgcZQvWspCy-7-rR&amp;index=2\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" title=\"\">playlist of short videos<\/a> (30 secs each) about Angular 19\u2014a nice and fast way to learn about some of the new features of Angular 19.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>One question to think about:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>What&#8217;s your current Angular version? The end-of-year slowdown could be an excellent opportunity to find some time to upgrade to v19.
